Q&As

Firstly, the ability to help people and organisations become better and more competent in themselves through Training, Developing and Coaching interventions.

Secondly, it has provided the opportunity to work overseas in locations as far afield as the USA and Singapore as well as in a good number of European countries and in all cases see and enjoy a wide variety of experiences that may otherwise not have been provided.

Finally, the need for people and the organisations they work in to embrace the opportunities of lifelong learning such that with increasing life expectancy there exists the possibility for individuals to reinvent themselves and in the course of their lives to enjoy a number of careers.

After I completed my MBA at Henley Business School I found that I wanted and needed an outlet for the new knowledge, skills and competencies I had acquired at one of the best business schools in the UK. Working for myself has provided many unique opportunities that would not have been provided in a corporate and I have had the satisfaction of helping businesses turnaround and of coaching, teaching and developing individuals towards their perfect career.

I have significant experience in the business world and in a range of industries. I have worked with companies and individuals and know and understand business and business life. I am always focused on the needs of my clients whoever and wherever they are providing organisations and individuals with nuggets of learning and best practices that they can use immediately to help them achieve and improve.
