What inspired you to start your own business?
DBSL primarily provides support services for large enterprises like banks and FTSE companies. We work on technologies like Avaya, Cisco, Aspect, Verint etc where there is a new server to provide new feature. These systems cost millions! We understand telephony and the need to have these features and integrations.
We were sure we could bring most of the features of these enterprise systems to small businesses so they could also boost their productivity in a similar way and benefit from them at a fraction of the cost. That is how DBSVoIP came into life.
