I have been working in health and social care for most of my adult life. At a young age, I worked with older adults and specialized in dementia care and the end of life. I followed my intuition and began to work in counselling and coaching, developing further experience in mental health. I have always had my own business since the age of 23, where I began work as a care manager.
I strive to be the best version of my self, and my learning is essential for my development. I began a healing journey ten years ago when I discovered holistic practices. I am a reiki master teacher, holistic therapist and transformation coach with abundant experience in counselling.

Like most, My life has had its ups and downs. I have gone through five life cycles and identify with its many challenges. I feel I have experienced much diversity. Therefore my own life experiences and learning is beneficial in my practice. I can empathise with most people and situations. I am relaxed and very intuitive. I have worked through my healing with anxiety, low mood, low self-worth, relationship issues, children, abuse, divorce, phobias, illness and pain, the menopause and loss. I have of tool bag of interventions and healing modalities of which I have used for my healing. I have lots of experience holding space on sessions over zoom. Clients should choose me only if they feel a connection through my profile. I'm all about energy and building safe space, no pressure person-centred approach.
