Colin was friendly, professional and helpful. We received a detailed, knowledgeable and customer focussed survey and design service. We wanted a fitted wardrobe across one wall of a bedroom. What do you love most about your job?
We get to meet a wide variety of people and by giving them what they want we are rewarded by them being happy with us and recommending us to their family and friends. The design process is driven by customer needs and is gentle, we don't put pressure on customers as it that is not the way we would like to be sold to.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for others for a long time and the opportunity to start my own business in conjunction with raumplus GmbH came at the right time for me. I knew I had made the right decision from very early in the set up phase and I have a great partner.
Why should our clients choose you?
If clients want a wide range of excellent choices be they with sliding, hinged or bi-fold doors we have them. If they want to talk to someone, they will always be able to reach an owner if not straight away, within a few minutes. We have a couple of different suppliers so that we can give customers what they want rather than what we can do for them with the constraints of having a single supplier.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can work remotely, we have supplied to The Channel Islands and Northern Scotland as there is little choice in those areas and we will go into the design and pricing process before clients invite us to their homes if that is their preferred way of doing things.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We carry PPE to our appointments and always respect the wishes of our clients. Safe distances are maintained and we have a vested interest in keeping ourselves healthy as well as our customers!
