We had our viewing of our photo shoot today and to say I was impressed would be a complete understatement! Every part of the session has been such an enjoyable experience from the moment we walked through the door we were made feel like old friends. The way both of my kids were treated was amazing (even though the toddler was not being very cooperative) from every member of dermot and Catherine’s team. On viewing the photos today I sat in awe as they have not only captured the beauty of my girls but also their personalities in the photos. My partner and myself were both very close to tears with how beautiful the photos were. We found it impossible to pick only one! What a wonderful experience. Not only were the photos fantastic but from the moment I arrived both Catherine and Dermot made me feel comfertable. My almost 5 yr old loved her time in Dermot and Catherine's studio. She was treated like a Princess from start to finish. The entire hour flowed very natually and I've no idea how they did it ; but they managed to get her to sit still and pose beautifully. It was fascinating see them gently bring out the best in Erin.

I have loved the whole experience from start to finish. I thought it would be a little stressful trying to get the perfect photos but Catherine is fantastic with the little ones and so creative. We loved the personal service offered by both Dermot and Catherine, not only great photography but a beautiful and heart warming experience during the session with our newborn son and 3 year old boy! The studio is on lovely welcoming premises and I literally sat back and enjoyed refreshments while the camera rolled, very relaxing just after giving birth!! I could not possibly fault the staff. They were so attentive towards my boyfriend and I, as well as making sure that our new born was as comfortable as possible. Catherine couldn't help but fall head over heels to make sure he was happy and that she got lots of cuddles too. I really would recommend them to anyone as when the wee man was unsettled after she shoot and wanted cuddled and fed they allowed us to use their office because they had another client in and so he was warm and toasty as well as comfortable. I saw the photos that they are able to produce and cried upon viewing them as I now know I'm going to be able to make the memories of the photo shoot and my baby being that small, last a life time. My little daughter was picked to take part in the child model programme, dermot and Catherine were so lovely, welcoming and kind and eabha felt completely at ease with them so much so she was gutted when we had to leave as she was having so much fun with the props and loved the whole experience, when we went back to view the photos we got to watch a beautifully made slideshow of all our images which were absolutely incredible and captured so much of my daughters natural beauty so much so the photos made me cry, I would completely recommend dermot Murphy Photography to anyone, absolutely beautiful work and lovely people to work with, thank you so much again for the opportunity
