Was going to suggest you go to Google Reviews to read a full account of our problems with this company but they have had Google remove my review claiming it was false, when in fact I have photographs , emails and voice recordings backing up everything I wrote.
If we hadn't sacked this company they would have built our garden room over the main drain manhole cover, which, in the event of a blockage would have resulted in the room having to be dismantled to access the drains. They do no site surveys and basically do the minimum to get their hands on your money.
The new company we have employed are the ones that did the site survey, cleared the plot and found the drain cover which adequately demonstrates the massive difference in professionalism between them and DECKING IMPORTS.
Read the other reviews on Google, they tell you this lot take no interest in problems once they have been paid.
DO NOT USE DECKING IMPORTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

After contacting the company in May to get them back to replace bowed and warped decking due to fixing clips which they now say they no longer use we 6 months on still await them to honour the warranty, after many calls and emails they come up with excuse after excuse and make appointments but always cancel, have now got another company to do the remedial works and have been advised to issue county court proceedings which I’ll gladly do !!.

We absolutely love our new decking. Looks so fabulous. The ‘wood effect’ grain on the decks makes such a difference compared to others. We absolutely love our deck. The lads were first class and the quality of product is amazing. Our neighbours love it who have very nice plastic decks. "Very classy" has been said more than a few times. Couldn't be happier! Michael and Dave have been great to deal with. Nothing is too much hassle for them.
