What do you love most about your job?
I love the feeling that I might be able to help my clients move on with the problems they're struggling with. I love to know that hope has come back into their lives and that they feel able to re engage with the difficulties they bring. Having a professional alongside them who understands and can shine some light in the tunnel can be transforming.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Well I've sat in the clients chair more than once. I know what it's like to reach out for help, to be unsure if it's the right thing to do but to know that something has to change.
I've also been in couples counselling with my partner in the past.
These experiences have given me faith in the counselling or therapeutic process to make big differences in people's lives.

Having experienced individual and couples counselling as a client I feel I have a pretty good idea of how daunting it can be to make the first step to get help.
