Wow I would like to thank HR from the bottom of my heart for the support honesty and compassion that I have been shown today .
For anybody who is going through matters that need addressing and advice before it gets to a legal situation please just take time to contact HR I was given time to explain the situation that I was in and not at any point was I not listened to as I suffer from not being able to retain information and struggle to give direct instruction as to what the point is I am trying to make due to stress and anxiety caused by the trauma I have been subjected to with work related matters ,.point were explained to me again and again until I understood and not at any point was I made to feel inferior or intimidated the length of the telephone convasation lasted well over an hour and for a stranger at no cost to me give me answers that should have been addressed by people who should have been able to support and advise correctly that had a first hand information and more access to my situation The only regret I have is not finding HR sooner as I would have been in a much stronger position if I had been given the advice that I was offered today ,than I am now .
Dont hesitate if you need help it is of my opinion and from my experience it will be an email you will never regret write your query in an email and press send. HR thank you once again I am so humbled from the experience I received today. One more thing the response from HR in replying to my email was same day.

I had worked with Dear HR to help when I was being made redundant - which hit me hard - I felt stressed and deflated and needed expert advice. I was given valuable advice regarding occupation health and negotiating a fair deal compared to what the company initially offered. I am forever grateful can't thank you enough - I went onto recommend all services to friends and colleague and my employers who weren't disappointed. Thanks again! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Coaching, helping and supporting people is in my DNA. It is why I set up Dear HR. I am deeply motivated by workplace cultures and people management matters. I enjoy taking on challenges and take pride in seeing businesses/entrepreneurs grow, develop and flourish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am enterprising by nature, with many years expertise in Human Resource Management and Strategy. I wanted to start up my own business to help and support entrepreneurs to thrive in a landscape that can, at times, be complex and difficult to navigate.
Why should our clients choose you?
As well as my numerous years in the field, I am personable and commercially adept. I have an engaging spirit and offer a professional service, I also know how to keep businesses away from costly legal and tribunals claims.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
With a clear transformative shift to hybrid working cultures, my office is equipped with up to date technology to serve any business wherever they are located.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It is fair to say the pandemic has been hard hitting on many businesses. I have managed the crisis with calmness, a sense of ease and practicality, setting up a task force, writing guidelines, furloughing staff (as necessary). On a personal level, I keep in regular contact by phone or videoconferencing.
As we open up, and adapt to new norms, I am mindful of the hesitations and fears that go with it. I know what to do to reassure and work with partners, and their teams, so they feel, safe, secure and satisfied.
