In addition to thorough tenancy referencing, Deanne will discuss the suitability of applicants with you before agreeing to let your property to them. Every effort is made to ensure that the right Tenant is found, even offering to inspect their current home to see how it is being cared for, if for example they have a pet that you might be considering.



Able to carry out weekly inspections of your property during void periods to ensure that your insurance requirements are complied with.



Offering three standard levels of service, all of which can be adapted to suit your requirements, plus a Landlord Consultancy service for Landlords who manage their own properties.





Let Only

Carry out an appraisal of your property, provide an estimate of its rental value, agree a marketing plan with you, provide appropriate advice on your legal obligations when renting out a property.
Marketing of your property on our website, major property portals and 'To Let' board
Meet with applicants and conduct viewings
Carry our referencing, credit check and right to rent check
Arrange relevant safety certificates
Prepare and sign tenancy agreement, collect first month’s rent and deposit
Meet with tenant at property for handover

Comprehensive inventory & schedule of condition report

Landlord Consultancy



If you manage your property yourself but need some help with a certain aspect of your tenancy, for example setting up a new tenancy agreement or serving a Section 21 notice, then we can help you. With no monthly management contract, simply use us for what you need.
