Danny is the most professional PT I ever met! He knows how to tailored fitness programs what will suit your busy life schedule. He will give you a knowledge how to stay in shape not only when you have PT but you learn to track calories and train on your own as well! I’m really enjoying working with Danny. I’ve only had a couple of sessions but he’s really taken the time to understand what I want/need out of our sessions. He’s super warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Danny really simplifies fitness which I think is really important when you’re starting out, or looking to make progress because social media and the internet are full of differing opinions. I’ve only been working with Danny for a month now, my main concern was my motivation, other than my obvious goals on my fitness journey. Danny motivates and pushes me to achieve my goals and put that extra effort in even when I think I have no fuel left in me. He encourages me in a way that is comfortable and at my pace without over-doing it, listens to my concerns and adjusts for my needs. I have had a couple of sessions with Danny now and looking forward to many more. My five star rating is because Danny explains things clearly, demonstrates exercises, provides feedback, encouragement and support.

I suffer from anxiety, so joining back at the gym was a scary thing for me but Danny was really understanding and instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease.

He communicates clearly and helps me stay focused whilst working out. I am loving his program and really enjoying our sessions!

Danny is very friendly and brings a very positive approach to starting or advancing your exercise journey.

Through our the year I've worked with him he's helped me identifies areas to improve and provided exercises to do so while helping to incorporate them into my weekly routine.

Danny is also very understanding of your requests willing to make adjustments to a session on the fly to help with injuries or even just to try something new.

I greatly appreciated his understanding that diet wasn't something I was interested in and has not pushed the topic past our initial session.

Great working with Danny - created a steady plan according to my abilities and set achievable goals and progression that I feel comfortable with. Danny is flexible with timings and accommodating to changes in plans. He is very supportive and reliable, I feel motivated to exercise and not burnt out. I have been with Danny for roughly about 1 month now.
My fitness goal is about body building and gaining weight healthily as I am kind of slim.
After the first month, I saw an increase of about 1 Kg and I am very happy with the result.
Danny is a very great guy who is very detail minded and professional. He helped me massively with the tailored fitness programme and nutrition advice.
I am very delighted with the result and looking forward to continue my fitness training with him.

As a woman I've always felt a little uncomfortable around men in the gym, the thought of a male PT was somewhat intimidating to me. After being unhappy for a long time I took the leap and reached out to Danny and haven't regretted it for a moment! As someone who wasn’t very used to the gym environment and including weights in my workouts, Danny has definitely helped me a lot. He has a lot of knowledge and will help you reach your goals. Having explained to Danny what my needs and goals were he is very helpful in the sense that it isn’t just a gym session for 1 hour but a programme which he provides to achieve your goals. Very friendly and helpful with advice on dieting, calories etc.

Can tell he has plenty of knowledge and experience within the area. Considering Two or three months ago I was hardly training and now all I want to do is train!

I was new to the gym and Danny took the time to get me comfortable using the equipment. He got to know what my needs and wants were and personalised my workouts around this. Danny's offered support both in and out of the gym, only a message away if need any advice.

Hes great to get along with and PT sessions are fun with him.

Most importantly, hes steered me in the right direction and I'm already seeing results.

I'd highly recommend Danny to anyone looking improve their fitness and overall physical appearance.

Had a consultation and 2 sessions with Daniel and so far had a great experience! From first registering to bark and requesting info, he was easy to get hold of and invited me in the next day to chat. He is super friendly and has great energy, which is just what I need to stay motivated. On the first session identified my weak spot straight away and clearly laid out everything I need to be doing outside of sessions in order to make the most of this experience (nutrition, workout routine, rehab). When i started honestly i was a little scared because i hadn't been to the gym in a while, but Danny since induction was a very friendly person, captivating and very listening, which left me at ease.
Training with him couldn't be better, a professional person but who at the same time likes to be and make others happy.
This is the first time i train with a personal trainer, because in the past i was always scared, but Danny undoubtedly changed my opinion in all aspects.
Is just the first month and I feel the changes, I can’t wait for the next ones.
It has been a phenomenal help, both in terms of training and in healthy nutrition tips, any problem/question he’s always there to help.

After being out of the gym for a good few years, I didn't think I'd ever come back. Danny changed that, super professional and results driven without being aggressive or jockish at all.

Any feelings of worry I had about fitness levels/prior sports injuries are completely negligible, Danny made me feel comfortable immediately on meeting and through some tough sessions (with plenty of laughs a long the way) I'm already feeling stronger and more confident than I have in years!

So so so worth every penny, I couldn't recommend him any more!
