Pluses, parking is free. Minuses, adjacent Costa closes at 10 to eight in the evening. Pluses,there’s 24 hour food and drink at the adjacent roadchef services. Minuses, it’s Macdonalds.

The three people I had contact with at the Front Desk were all very helpful and courteous.||||Location of hotel is great - quite close to downtown area, on major street. Not a trendy area but just a couple of blocks from King St & King William restaurant areas, many new and international in scope.||||Lack of elevator is only negative point, but I was already aware of this since I have stayed at this hotel several times. Over all for a hotel in the Hart of Hamilton my stay there was really nice the room the cave me was nice two gueen size beds clean bath room was good had a great shower the hotel was very quite had to get more pillow took them under 5 minutes to bring them up in the morning they had a wonderful breakfast with cold milf and a waffle maker fresh fruit the staff was wonderfull very very pleased with my stay and the price was fantastic I would stay there anytime thanks days inn

The beds and pillows were comfortable.The shower head was very old and in need of repair. The bath products offered were very cheap. The soap was like a pat of butter.The room smelled.The first night there was we a group of guest drinking and loitering in the parking lot outside our room. At 2:30am they proceed to cause a disturbance which set off car alarms. They continued to do this 3 more times. The hotel staff failed to address the situation. Y first time staying at the days inn Hamilton , and I usually go for another local motel. However for the few dollars more I enjoyed do much value ! Chose this hotel for a one night stay due to its excellent location just off the M74. The room was spacious and clean with adequate bathroom facilities. Wifi service in the room was great.
