I have been delivering soft skills training since 1981. My background is mainly public sector where I worked for the Employment Service ( as it was then know) for 21 years. I moved into the NHS delivering Health Improvement initiatives, looking at behaviour change. I deliver training in the following areas - Train the Trainer, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Change Management, Assertiveness Skills, Groupwork Skills and Equality and Diversity. I have had experience in Primary Care settings and currently working on Dealing with the Public/ customer care training.
