Anyone can give you a personalized meal and routine plan, but I’ve struggled on every diet I’ve tried before with consistency and commitment issues. Dasha helped me to get into the right mindset to be able to sustain the changes.

Dasha's passion for health and nutrition is really inspiring. I loved talking to her and getting her advice and information on different aspects of diet and health. She gave me great insights on the effect my poor sleep habits were having and recommendations on how to improve them (I'm sleeping way better now). I had been intermittent fasting for a year but got some really critical information from Dasha on how to use intermittent fasting correctly to ensure I was gaining the benefits and not accidentally creating metabolic damage by not being properly informed! Transformation Coaching Program
A highly personalized approach towards reaching your health goals.
We will be meeting on a weekly basis to ensure quick and effective change.
The sessions will consist of an initial analysis of your medical history, nutrition and lifestyle profile to arrive at a set of actions to work on, together.
Meal plans, supplement recommendations and information and tracking documentation are all part of the program, free of charge.
If you are serious about creating a positive change in your life, this is the most efficient and cost-effective approach.

Nutrition and Lifestyle 121
These consist of 50 min sessions tailored to helping you reach your health goals.
Whether that be losing or gaining weight, improving your health, learning about how to eat or cook healthy, etc.
Cost: £70 per 50 min session
Food Diary Analysis
An analysis of your macronutrient and micronutrient intake. You will be provided with a full report, together with personalized suggestions on areas of improvement + a 50 min session with me to explain the results and discuss any questions.
Cost: £180
Meal Plan Creation
Creation of a personalized meal plan, based on your cooking habits, food likes and dislikes and your health goals. You will receive a one-week to a one-month meal plan based on your needs.
Cost: £150 (one week), £200 (two weeks), £250 (three weeks), £300 (one month)
