What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to overcome what might be affecting their quality of life, identify their goals and move on with their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been interested in counselling and coaching and originally trained as a counsellor 18 years but my career took me down a different path at the time. Four years ago I returned to study coaching and trauma therapy and decided that it was the right time for me to offer this integrated therapeutic approach.

Therapeutic Coaching is a combination of counselling and coaching so whatever you bring to our sessions we can work with, whether you want to deal with what is going on for you right now, what may have happened in the past or where you would like your life to be going I can help you.
