Quite efficient and knowledgeable about what he does. He also can do white a lot of tasks - tiling, carpentry, plastering, painting, etc.
Friendly and reliable.
He works solo - this may be important if you need more men on the job.

Daniel tiled our bathroom floor and did a superb job. He carefully considered the issues arising in the job (curve along the bath, edging and where the tiles should meet the wall tiles) and clearly explained to us the options of how to do it. He carried out what we chose rapidly and to a high standard. He was polite, professional and friendly throughout. We will be hiring Daniel again for work in the future. Thank you. More...

Daniel started off polite and on time, but it soon became obvious his understanding was poor despite being given clear cad drawings (English is his second language). he did many things incorrectly in my garden, path levels, types etc. but I let that go as he was trying. Once he started on building work however I had to stop the project as his construction method was different to how we do it in UK. I now have to undo all his work in the garden and start again. However I wish him well, as I think he is a hard worker in the right setting and suitable for smaller jobs. More...

Thank you for your review with appreciation. It is my responsibility to do the high quality works for my profession. However, to fulfil every single customer is another because a kind of bread feed billion of people. In your case , You are very pleased on first and second stage but not the last finishing stage. You have your right to stop my work but I do have my right to claim unpaid wages if it is unfair of dismissal.
