I myself was obese for over 20 years, and one day I had enough of not living a good life and i knew I deserved better, so on 10th of October I decided to seek help from a professional personal trainer, 10 months later I was 10 stone lighter and few months later I decided I had to learn to become a personal trainer and inspire others to lose weight just like I did.
