Daddy Dog

We recently moved house and found ourselves needing a new dog walker. We were recommended daddy dog by our previous walker. Daddy dog have been fantastic with our dog and he appears to have settled well. We love the pictures and videos which shows us insight to his walks and activity. Matt is the first dog walker we have used and he is so good with our dog. He is enthusiastic, reliable and good at communicating. He is always on time and is always friendly and polite. Right from the start he was very professional, coming round to meet us and our dog, went through some information forms and made us feel happy to use his company. He sends us photos and videos of the walk which is great for us to see and helps us share in the experience. Our dog enjoys the longer walk but also the interaction with other dogs. Matt has been brilliant since day one. We have an 11year old jack russell cross who generally has a lovely temperament but prefers people to other dogs, and can get aggressive. Matt was really considerate of her needs and gently introduced her to other dogs on walks, and she loves her walks with them all. Matt and the Daddy Dog Team provide a superb service to us with a very professional and extremely friendly service, in support of our busy working family who rely on his dog walking service to keep our 2 x Spaniels (1 x Springer, 1 x Sprocker) fully entertained and exercised. Our dogs are always pleased to see him and are excited for their walks in the New Forest under Matt’s excellent care. His van is very modern with ramps and aircon and all dogs have their own individual travel compartments. His collection and drop off service is very secure, and he takes care to make sure the dogs are happy and settled before he leaves. The daily video updates are welcomed, and you can see that the dogs are really enjoying their time out with Matt in the New Forest. Matt varies the routes to keep all the dogs interested and excited about new, but safe places to be walked and even adds in some additional training at times. The payment and booking system that Daddy Dog use is very easy to use, and invoices are prompt and BACS payments made easy. Daddy Dog is a superb service, excellent value for money with excellent customer service and it gives us peace of mind that our dogs are well looked after but also enjoying their exercise time. Matt is very professional and is great with my dogs. He has a special designed van and the dogs have GPS trackers. I also enjoy seeing the video clips from the walks.

Really friendly and flexible, very knowledgeable and obviously has experience of handling various types of dogs and behaviours. Very considerate when starting with our dog and making sure he was are safe to be let off a lead by doing some sessions on the long lead first.

We would highly recommend Matt who has been walking our 2 dogs and provided an excellent caring service. We one one older border collie and a younger GSD who obviously have slightly different needs but Matt takes good care of them ensuring they are left dry and clean at the end of their walks. My puppy, Teddy was a little nervous when she was younger but since Matt has been walking her, he has really brought her out of her shell and she’s now really confident and great around other dogs. Matt took both my dogs out for a once a week walk to get my Puppy socialising with other dogs and our old Lab. They loved it every week and I enjoyed getting the videos of them enjoying themselves
