I would like to withdraw my previous review.
What I stated in the review was correct at the time but I probably reacted a bit too quickly. I have now had an explanation as to what happened and, under the circumstances, I would not want my previous comment to have a negative effect on the business.

Initial communication stemmed friendly. Made arrangements for a site visit before committing to a quote which seemed fair. Left my email address and mobile phone number. On the arranged day, just never showed up. No phone calls, no texts, nothing. That seems poor to me. Sorry. More...

I can highly recommend Danny and his men, Steve, Mark and Simon. I had 10 conifers that were extremely overgrown. Danny gave me an extremely competitive quote. Price was good, they were able to do the job next day as well. Turned up early, very enthusiastic and got the job done quickly.
2 things:
1) Quote came down quite a bit when a rival quotes was mentioned;
2) Chipping the trees up made a hell of a mess. The guys spent quite some time tidying up but both cars parked nearby were covered. Will move the cars next time! More...
