What do you love most about your job?
My passion is coaching. It is amazing to watch my clients grown in confidence in their own abilities. I define coaching as a collaborative, solution focused, results oriented and systematic process
in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, self-directed learning and
professional growth.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a Masters in Executive and Business Coaching from Leeds Beckett University and I am
accredited with European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I have been coaching for 7 years
and recently established my own business. I am also an experienced Board Director and bring
into my coaching practice personal experience of the world of work.

Yes I can provide services on line and remotely. I am comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Zoom or just the telephone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have moved to on line coaching as restrictions ease and if you feel comfortable lets have a coaching session outside!
