Excellent gym has all you need if your a beginner or more advanced Culture has it covered . All the staff are very friendly and always on hand to help with anything. Great gym, made to feel at home and doesn’t matter what shape or size you are! Great facilities also, they have classes etc on most days! Memberships are all good as you can pay only £20 a month and you don’t have to pay it every month if you can’t afford it you can just take a month off! Would defo recommend More...

Just finished my first Functional Fitness class with David ! Wasn’t sure what to expect but I thoroughly enjoyed !!!! No need to feel out of place the class was so friendly and will help me improve in other classes such as body pump and also in the gym , would highly recommend this to any member wishing to improve their performance!!!!!!!! Great gym under new management. Lots of classes and facilities to choose from. They also have sun beds, albeit I haven't used these. The staff are all fantastic and well versed in their field of expertise, from the PT's to the staff in reception. I rejoined Culture last year after 3 years of being unable to do any kind of excercise due to a back injury, I discussed my injury with the team, the support and encouragement they gave me was fantastic and 1 year later I am pain free from my back injury �not only did I get fitter I managed to rehabilitate and now have a stronger back and can live my life again, fantastic gym with fantastic passionate understanding staff, I can't wait to get back following my surgery �
