I very rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to after my experience with CTB alarms. They were helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish. I rang to enquire, they asked a few questions and within a week John (the engineer) was here to fit the alarm. He was on time, friendly, interacted really nicely with my children and generally put me at ease. He obviously knows his stuff and he was thoughtful and gave advice on where best to place sensors/ control pad etc. I asked a lot of questions which he was more than happy to answer. I used this company based purely on customer feedback and I was right. New home, no alarm code, alarm not working anyway. They came out and despite a few set backs they managed to revive the alarm system and get it all back up and running with new codes even though a lot of the system was old and faulty to begin with. Very happy with the service.

I needed to replace my previous alarm and contacted Katie at CTB Alarms Ltd as had previously had dealings for a repair. Katie gave excellent advice on what replacement would suit my property and an appointment was sorted for 2 days later. John, the Senior Engineer called to let me know he was on the way and arrived promptly as agreed. He was great - very professional,patient and knowledgable. He made suggestions to help with the siting of the control panel and was very thorough in answering my multitude of questions. He made me feel at ease and that no question was silly. He cleared up after himself too. He gave an excellent demonstration of how to use the key fobs to set and unset the alarm and nothing was too much trouble.
