We recorded all work carried out.
We never look for any other work unless customers ask us to .
We run support and fund the charity COMMUNITY LADDER it is to help the disabled and the elderly get there guttering cleaned grass cut or any small property maintenance required.

Would not recommend this company. Not satisfied with the work, no effort to fix, threatened to come to our home at night for payment, overpriced and extremely unprofessional. Do not use!

This customer lives in lochgoilhead way out passed Loch lomond in the middle of nowhere they got new guttering including fixtures and fittings fitted for £250 while talking old gutter of the facia board was so rotten it just fell off we treated roof joists to stop the rotten removed several large birds nests from wall cavities before fitting new boarding for £400 but they are not happy because a diy friend told them the boarding wasn't very dear to buy I tried to explain that the board the rot treatment and labour time for removing nest and fitting boarding if they had called us out we would have changed about £900 taking into account the distance to travel to get there time and materials they got the job done very cheap but as I wouldn't give them a refund of £300 that would mean we did the job for £100 they have decided to leave a bad review

I can’t thank David enough for the job he and his boys did when they fitted my new driveway and fence at the start i was a bit concerned about the design David was selling me I’m so glad I trusted him as it is so much more than I could have came up with my self the intricate designs and colours are amazing.

Very happy with the work, the workers were very professional and punctual. Would definitely recommend.
Work I had conducted included gutter cleaning and upvc cleaning they were very helpful and reassuring as they recorded the work before and after, we will definitely be using the company in the near future as we are looking to have a new driveway installed.
The price was very good considering the amount of muck in the guttering if it had not been for their policy of recording before and after work carried out I would never have believed it as I've had previously had guttering cleaned from another company and clearly wasn't done correctly.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction of seeing a job well done and the look of my customers when they are completely satisfied with the work carried out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was fed up with cowboys and inept tradesmen always charging my mother and grandparents far to much for very little or no work properly carried out.
Why should our clients choose you?
We charge a very fair fee and record all work before and after it has been done so our customers can see exactly what they have paid for.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All my employees have been tested and have been cleared of having covid-19 but as a precaution they all have masks and stay 3 meters away from customers at all times .

All gutters are recorded before work is carried out so customers can see how much dirt and debris is present then after to show the high level of workmanship involved so they can see for themselves.
Roof cleaning and repairing
Services we provide on roofs include de-mossing and cleaning by hand with wire brushes we do not use power washers as it decreases the lifespan of the tile. We replace any damaged tiles we also supply and fit dry verge capping in various colours.
Replacing and or repainting facia boards and guttering
We supply and fit upvc cladding ranging from facia boards, soffit boards and guttering, if you do not desire plastic we can repaint gloss finish and wood stain finish boards.
Property maintenance insurance
For £350 spread over ten months at £35 pound a month we supply a complete years worth of property maintenance insurance
Services provided once every 12 months are as listed below but your insurance covers you for any high wind or storm damage to guttering and roof tiles.
