As an instructor and PT I have found Sky to be very informative and extremely approachable. He understands each individual has their own limits and is considerate with regards to personal/health issues. He is always very encouraging in helping you to reach your goals and being the best you can be. Both. I have an app that tracks the clients progress and through this level of detail I can tailor any program required and analyse photos and videos to improve things such as form and posture.
