I have been going to Crystal to have my hair done for 14+ years! She has always done an amazing job with my hair and the new salon is so nice! I have also had make up/tinting done by Chan and have always been pleased with the results. Went in today for a hair appointment, Crystal is amazing and my hair is awesome I love it thank you, whilst I was there Chan managed to fit me in for my eyebrow waxing and a manicure, which again was awesome. Crystal has been doing my families hair for years. I messaged her yesterday afternoon in a panic as my daughter's hair was tangled in a messy bun and nothing we did was releasing it. She said to bring my daughter in after work and she would have a look. I don't think she expected the hard lump of very long hair literally knotted together. After trying to release it as much as she could, the only thing to be done was cut it out. Nearly 2 hours later, my daughter came out with a graduated Bob rather than a very short pixie cut. Her hair looked amazing and that's all down to Crystal pulling out as much length as she could before cutting. I cannot recommend her enough and I cannot explain how bad my daughter's hair was.
