Had my 1st visit 2 clinic today literally didn’t know wot 2 expect I had the local cryotherapy treatment on my ankle I have suffered for over 4yrs with weakness and I tend 2 just sprain it very easily it just “goes” which happened a week ago. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by the clinics receptionist who was a lovely chap 10/10 The clinician was absolutely amazing explaining about the procedure etc and what she recommended The treatment was fine my foot just got cold nothing uncomfortable The lady took before and after pictures and u could immediately see the difference in the swelling I actually walked out of the clinic rather than my previous hobbling and look forward to my next session More...

After initially attending here with rotator cuff pain in my shoulder I was so impressed with my recovery that I now book regularly and try and come on a weekly basis. I started with the local cryo for my shoulder but now I use the chamber for a great all over the body effect. It’s fantastic for all those little niggles. I definitely know if I miss a week because my body lets me know in no uncertain terms. Madhu and Sanjai are brilliant, they are very knowledgeable and great at putting people at ease if they are feeling a bit daunted, nothing is too much trouble for them and the service they give is second to none. I feel coming here has increased my well being and I’ve made some lovely friends, I would definitely recommend it to others. More...

I looked into Cryotherapy due to having Occipital neuralgia, SI joint dysfunction, lower and upper back pain and chronic migraines (I ice my head every chance I get) I booked in for the first day they opened after lockdown so it was booked chocka, but Madhu was lovely and talked through things that could help while doing local Cryotherapy on my neck. I then bought a bundle and booked in for a sports massage with Courtney who was more than accommodating with appointment times and managed to get me booked in for whole body cryotherapy straight after to help the inflammation from the massage. The massage from Courtney was very good and she worked out a LOT of knots! The Cryotherapy chamber didnt feel as cold as I was expecting so I managed the 3 mins without thinking 'omg get me out of here!' I'm going to book in for another massage and local Cryotherapy for next week ... ill be a regular customer! very friendly and knowledgeable staff 👌👌 More...
