I believe it is important to have these core questions answered to start the initial design process but also it helps me to gauge the direction of your brand.

What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Having worked in the print industry for the last 15 years, I have accrued a great deal of knowledge and understanding of print techniques and achievability. I can help you to produce varying types of printed materials from Business cards to Exhibition Stands.
Describe your creative process.
Having liaised with the customer and discussed their brief, I will create 5 varying concepts, giving the customer the choice and flexibility to explore avenues they may have not envisaged. Once the options have been discussed, and an option has been selected, I can then start to fine-tune and finalise the design. Upon approval and completion, all source files (AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG & PNG) are sent to the customer. If you require a print service, this can also be arranged.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the creative freedom that comes from working with a varied client base, each job is different to the last and no two days are the same.
There is an enormous sense of satisfaction when you've helped bring someone's vision to life or helped take them down a path they hadn't expected to take. Working with different people helps me to push myself creatively, as well as constantly gain new knowledge and experience, allowing me to improve the work I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the industry for my entire career, starting my business has always been something I have strived to do. When the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance, and haven't looked back since.

All of our services can be provided remotely with meetings being held over voice or video calls.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure the safety of our customers, as well as our staff, Creative Spark does all of its consultations via video or voice calls. All products are also prepared in a Covid sensitive environment.
