What do you love most about your job?
My passion is seeing the development made by individuals, as their confidence grows using the techniques and strategies offered. I also enjoy meeting new people and discovering their strengths and areas for development. No two people are the same and that is the part of my job I love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my career as a trained performer. I realised very quickly that I did not want to be at the mercy of waiting for a phone call, for a job opportunity. I had experience working in Advertising and seeing great people with very creative minds, not being able to present their message effectively. This was when I became inspired to open my own business. I'd learnt the skills to communicate, sell and market myself as a performer and I wanted to share these skills with others.

Quite simply I get results. I have an amazing ability to listen to my clients, pull out their needs and address them in a way that they can feel confident. I believe in the saying 'Rome was not built in a day', though breaking through 'old beliefs' is essential for change. I like to find the right tools for each client. My style of coaching has structure, is very fluid, and I work on the here and now as the starting point for development.
