Used them as they were recommended by the company which did the plans for my extension (Phoenix Design). Worst decision of my life. CPM abandoned the build part way through and Andy Padgett has had £000's in payments for work or materials which was not done or not supplied. I agreed a price for all of the work including the installation of the kitchen - he didn't pay the fitter so I ended up effectively paying twice. He took £2000 for supply of bi-fold doors but never supplied them and lied when I questioned him saying he had left a deposit with the supplier. Based on my experience he is the perfect example of a 'Cowboy Builder'. My advice would be to avoid like the plague. More...

Andy and Rich went the extra mile to ensure my laminate floor was fitted to a very high standard. They also changed the handles on my kitchen cupboard doors. It it looks fantastic! I have a long history in both the building and customer service sectors and I'm educated to BA Honors level. It was always an ambition to have my own company and I felt that with my combined skills I could be of great service and value to the industry and my customers.
