I always believe that you can tell more about a company when you hit unexpected problems than when things go smoothly, and this is a case in point. When Coventry Bathrooms started ripping out our bathroom we found a problem with the floor that we nor of course they could have beeen aware of - what a nightmare we thought!Coventry Bathrooms could, and many companies would simply have left site and returned once we had informed them the problem was solved.Lee their fitter on the other hand helped us identify companies who could fix the problem, and showed us exactly what needed doing.They liaised with the contractor we selected, and juggled their installation programme to minimize delays.The result the bathroom is every bit as good as we could ever have have hoped with only a couple of week delay.I really can't speak too highly of the support we received from Richard and Lee and the quality of workmanship and communication throughout. We had our bathroom refitted 2weeks ago,when Richard visited the house he came up with some good redesigning issues which we never thought of. When we went to the showroom Richard was so helpful in helping us choose what we needed, nothing was to much trouble, When the fitter (Lee) arrived he was very friendly, knew what he was doing,didn't cut any corners ,took pride in his work and did whatever you wanted as he said you are the customer, I do what you want. I’m very happy with my new bathroom. The room was stripped back to the brick and completely refitted to a very high standard of finish. Richard was very helpful when designing the room by offering ideas for furniture and colour schemes I hadn’t even thought of. Lee the bathroom fitter is clearly very experienced and takes pride in his work which shows in the end result.I did shop around and received quotes from various bathroom fitters. When I sat down with Richard at Coventry bathrooms I genuinely believed he wanted to give me the bathroom I imagined as we designed it together. The work done on our bathroom is exactly what we wanted. We think it looks fantastic and couldn't be happier. The process was straight forward and all of the options were put to us simply and without pressure. Our input was their priority and both Richard and Lee ensured we were happy with every choice before they went ahead. The price was an all inclusive one and we payed exactly what was advertised at the start of the work. We have just had a bathroom installed by Coventry Bathroom. I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Even though space was limited Richard came up with great suggestions and made sure we absolutely made the most of the room we had. He offered lost of alternatives, not pushy at all in trying to "upsell" and I always felt we were getting great value for money. The installer (also called Richard) was a first class tradesman the quality of his work was absolutely outstanding, real attention to detail and definitely no shortcuts. The electrical work was carried out by Nick - again to a really high standard, he had to conduct some remedial work on a previous install and we are really greatfull for his help. So very pleased with our new bathroom, it's fantastic and looks nice and modern. The most amazing thing is that it even seems to much bigger now, just from having been upgraded to a modern look and feel.

From the very start of our dealings with the company, we found Richard to be most accommodating, and was extremely helpful from the get go. He explained in great detail how each part of the process would work, and worked tirelessly to ensure all of the parts suppliers delivered everything on time and within budget. Coming onto the actual renovation, I have to say Sean did an excellent job and helped to ensure minimal disruption throughout the week, which was a great help what with having two young kids in and out of the house.

The other thing we loved about dealing with Coventry Bathrooms, unlike other companies we spoke to, was the complete transparency regarding all the costs. Everything is completely itemised, and Richard ensured that if we found any individual part or component cheaper than he could, he'd match the price, which he duly did.

Having decided to changed our bathroom into a corner shower for ease of access we approached Coventry Bathrooms and from the very beginning Richard was exceptionally helpful and obviously very knowledgable. He guided us through the process with complete transparency and his advice was both very sound and common sense. He produced the costings in a easily understandable manner.
The installation was carried by Lee in a very professional manner with every stage being explained in detail.Lee is very competent in all aspects of installation his attention to detail was excellent. Also Nick the electrician was most helpful and professional.

Sean and Amy the fitting team where fabulous and courteous and left everything clean (hoovered) before they went in the evening.
They also kindly fitted some of our accessories for us, saving is from damaging our sparkly bathroom with our DIY skills.

We've recently had our bathroom fitted after been let down by B&Q twice! We visited Richard's shop where we could instantly see all the different products on show. Richard showed us through all the options available in the 'package deal' and I'd say we were spoiled for choice. Once we had decided and got the date to go ahead, our fitter Sean was fantastic from day one. Kept us informed throughout on what he was going to do, how it was best to make the alterations needed and on progress throughout. From start to finish I'd say he was extra professional and never once rushed anything through, just did exactly what was needed to make the very best of what turned out to be a very tricky job in an old crooked house! If that wasn't enough he even spent time tidying up at the end of each day as well. A little over a week later and we now have the most fantastic bathroom and we simply could not be happier. Even though it was our house and our room, you could tell that Sean took a great deal of care and pride in his work to ensure that everything was the very best it could be. In short, Coventry Bathrooms were professional, courteous and showed incredible attention to detail for our fit. I'd have absolutely no problem in recommending them to anyone. With our thanks. From the first time Richard came to look at our old bathroom we felt that we were in safe hands, and we're very glad they could fit us in. Richard made the planning process quick and painless, and didn't try to get us to go with more expensive options that we didn't really want or need. Throughout the fitting process, Sean was thoroughly professional and very friendly, and we really appreciated the way he kept us informed of progress and different options as he went. You never know what to expect when you strip a bathroom out, and underneath the old tiles the walls and floor were in a bit of a state. However, Sean dealt with it all brilliantly and the result is a lovely new bathroom that looks much better (and much bigger) and is a real pleasure to use. Thanks to Richard and our bathroom fitter Jamie for our brand new bathroom. We are so pleased with the end result. Richard came to measure up and give us a quote, the following morning we had it by email to look over. The showroom helped us visualise what our bathroom would look like and Richard was very prompt at being there and fitting us in.
Jamie the bathroom fitter worked tirelessly. He was always on time and kept us up to date with what the next stages would be. He started on Monday and by Friday he had finished, working late to make sure it was sorted. He always cleaned up each evening and we would definitely recommend him to friends or family.

Coventry bathrooms were recommended to me and after reading so many brilliant reviews i did not go anywhere else. Richard gave really good advice and even upgraded one of the units for no extra charge. Paul the fitter arrived every morning at 7am and did not leave until after 6pm. Visited Coventry Bathrooms along with others that I had seen advertised. Unlike some of the others Richard did not do a hard sell, just listened to what we wanted and gave us some great ideas. They have a standard price and if you want to upgrade any of the products you have options available. As part of our complete renovation we had the bath taken out and a walk in shower fitted instead. Paul was our fitter and I will say he was a perfectionist and kept us informed of the progress on a daily basis, remember perfection takes time so be patient and you will be so happy with the result. In fact it exceeded our expectations. He worked full days, very punctual and trust worthy. From start to finish Richard kept in touch, checking everything was going to plan and on track. So pleased with new bathroom. We wanted the bathroom converted to a shower room and Richard advised us on a new layout to optimise space. His suggestions worked out extremely well and Lee executed the plans doing an excellent job (with the help of Flynn). They worked very hard and were efficient and good humoured. My Mother and Father in law decided on replacing their old bathroom with a walk in mobility shower and new bathroom. The bathroom was surveyed and floor to ceiling tiles were suggested. Really glad Richard suggested this as the job looks brilliant.
