I work with adults face-to-face, online or telephone, usually every week but this can be flexible depending on your needs.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people explore their difficulties to come to a deeper understanding of themselves, enriching their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After receiving my own counselling, and the effect this has on my life. I wanted to be able to offer other people the opportunity to understand themselves and others better, which in turn can lead to a more full filling life.

I am a fully qualified person centred therapist, I will offer you my full attention and listen to you without judgement in a confidential environment. I do not offer advice, rather I will offer respect and a commitment to supporting you find solutions to issues which are important to you.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to their ethical framework. I have an enhanced CRB check and I am fully insured.
