About

Working in a safe and confidential place in collaboration with you to help you achieve your goals, work through problems and to live the way that you chose to live. I believe that counselling should be accessible to all my counselling room is provided for free and so I pass that saving onto my clients at £35 per 50 minute session. I also retain two low cost slots for those who are on benefits or no income.

Having run my own consultancy business, I trained to be a Qualified Counsellor 11 years ago, and have 9 years post Qualification experience and a total of over 850 hours of one to one therapy sessions specialising in Person Centred adult therapy. I have been working for a Global EAP in a Clinical capacity for the past 9 years, as a Counsellor and Trainer globally, having recently taken the role of Global Clinical Policy Training Manager and also work with private clients independently.

Whilst I am a Person Centred Therapist by training, I have also managed a Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programme, addressing Anxiety Stress and Depression, delivered training on the Solution Focused approach and have embraced Mindfulness Yoga and Healthy living practices in my own life. I provide support to clients in relationship difficulties, workplace concerns, grief and loss, emotional distress and helping clients to deal with change, transition and trauma.

Working globally has given me a very broad experience of working with a wide range of issues across the world and in the UK, and I am passionate about providing confidential help and support for adult clients who recognise they need assistance, to talk through worries and concerns and provide support to help move to a more balanced and purposeful lifestyle.
