Recently had a website done by Richard and the team and I was really impressed with the service and speed at which they responded to my design changes and queries. I received clear communication throughout the design process and was told at each stage when to expect the update. Each update was delivered on or before the date I was told. After a nightmare few months with my old website and two different web designers, i came across Cotswold Web and after checking out their website, social media previous work and testimonials i got in touch with them. Nathan was brilliant at answering my many questions and i took the opportunity to go in for a meeting in person, again i met a few members of the team and they answered more questions and showed me exactly how the process and website worked. When I came across Cotwold Web it was because I'd seen what they had done for one of my clients. I was immediately interested and attracted so I looked at the portfolio of websites they'd created and knew I wanted them to do mine. I met with Richard and we talked through what I wanted and what was and wasn't going to be possible. The website was ready sooner than I thought and they provided two training sessions so that my co-worker and I could manage the website ourselves. Any tweaks needed were attended to immediately. Since then Cotswold Web has built websites for other clients of ours and everyone is happy with the results.
