Frank came round within 24 hour of my Bark request and gave an accurate and honest opinion and quote. After getting several other quotes I decided Frank was the best option, not only on price, but also on how he conducted his visit. Frank and his team were due to come on a set date but the cold wether affected this - he was extremely flexible when trying to book a new date. He then came round with a team and completed the work to a very high standard. When fixing the problem we had, his team noticed another issue and showed me exactly what the problem was and explained it to me and offered to do the extra work there and then if I wished. Nothing was too much for him and his team and then even took care to take their shoes off whenever inside the house. I would highly recommend Frank for any small or big job. More...
