For anyone considering joining a gym in the Kendal area, I couldn’t recommend Coreworx enough. An excellent family run gym with a wide range of equipment and classes that caters for any personal goal, whether that be a beginner just getting into fitness, a regular gym goer looking to push themselves to the next level or anyone in between.

First time back to the Gym in 15 years! Have to say I’m loving it here with Joe and his team. Great knowledge and expertise shown from all staff, not to mention support and encouragement. I joined to work on my core strength to assist in gaining power on my road bike. I’ve already achieved that and more! The yoga class has certainly helped on that front too.
