I joined bootcamp at a time when I had fallen out of love with the gym and my nutrition was all over the place, but since I’ve started I have enjoyed it all which is the best thing about it! I’ve found new recipes and fallen in love with good food again, training is fun and enjoyable and I’ve made friends along the way 💕 Somehow John makes the 6.30 starts not seem quite so bad, he is knowledgable and a great support and I wouldn’t have got to where I am now without him and the bootcamp crew! I have just completed my 90 day online fatloss challenge with John. I achieved what I set out to do which was to lose flab tone up and get motivated again. Just finished the 5 week course with John. For someone that struggles with weight and committing to exercise this course has done wonders for me. John makes working out so fun, even on 6:30am starts you leave so happy and buzzing and having support there 24/7 has really helped. I would definitely do the course again and again! Attended my first baby & Mum class in Bude this morning. It was fantastic!! It was the perfect setting for me to get some exercise while my 2 year old played (and joined in a bit) . It was an informal setting, and an effective workout. I'm already feeling it!! I'm so glad to have this class here locally. Seeing people happy and grow in confidence. There is nothing better than seeing someone improve under their own steam. I love it
What inspired you to start your own business?
A passion for health and exercise. My degree in sport science kicked it all off. I absolutely love it.
