What do you love most about your job?
People. For us it's all about the people. We want to spend our time well, make a difference to others and do some awesome stuff!
This job ticks it all. It allows us to do what we are really good at and love, help people to make a difference to their business and lives and we definitely believe in having fun along the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was made redundant from a role as Director of Customer Experience and had a moment of self-realisation. I had achieved everything I had wanted to in my career, apart from being a Director of my own company. Lockdown happened on top of it and I thought 'stop talking about it, just do it'. It was definitely my best decision.
Why should our clients choose you?
We approach things slightly differently to your old-school consultancy. We keep it real and human as sustainable change only comes from really understanding people and culture. We are transparent in everything we do and work with our clients to find the best solution for them. If we don't think it's right, or we are not the right consultancy to help, we tell you!
We also play to our strengths as a team which allows us to be efficient, inclusive and bring diverse approach to solutions. It also means you get the best of us and we have a lot of fun with that.

Our services are both remote and on-site. There is a separate day rate for each of these.
We work with you to understand what is best and like to be as flexible as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of our work has been carried out remotely over the past two years. We have adapted the way in which we do things, so that we are still able to deliver training and coaching remotely (and very successfully) as well as carry out immersion interviews. Technology has really helped to make sure that we can still deliver to the same standards.
Where on-sire is required, we have followed our clients needs and regulations, however, we make sure that we have contingency on our end to protect our team and step in where needed.
People are our passion, so health and safety always come first.
