These guys were very good. For my garage conversion they finished on the day they said they would, and didn't charge a penny more than agreed, which is unheard of with builders these days.
I had some soundproofing requirements which they fulfilled as well which was great.

I had the Convertyourgarage Team to renovate an 80'S barn conversion, this included installing a Mezzanine floor, reveal all the original beams, new kitchen installation and flooring throughout, not to metion rework the original floor plan. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Allmost all garages other than pre fabricated garages are suitable to be able to be converted into a habitable room be it an integral garage or infact a detached garage.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Firstly get in touch to arrange a free quotation, once booked in I will pop over to your property and provide a free ignition quote and measure up accordingly.
If we are competitive we will then provide optional start dates and confirm your booking. We will then arrange all your building regulations and skips for you and then our project manager would then visit to go through the works in more detail and measure up windows and bricks and materials etc ready for when we commence your garage conversion.
We would then ask for our deposit before start date for initial outlay of materials for your works and complete the conversion usually with the week!
Your guarantees and building regs certificate will then follow on completion of works and payment! We convert around 20 a month each and every month!.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting all kinds of different people and also love converting all kinds of different conversions!. We have converted 1500 garages and all have passed building regs on time and we have been paid in full for everyone of them which I'm very proud to say.!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be perfectly honest 12 years ago I converted a police officers garage in Chadderton Oldham which was a huge housing estate with one entrance in and out, and whilst converting this garage I had over a dozen enquiries from this estate and ended up converted 10 of them and never came off the estate for months. I saw a gap in the market and the rest is history!
