Contact Security have been great to deal with, George carried out a home visit and quoted us within the next few days, from then we then proceeded with the alarm install. Thomas carried out the install along Ellie. They were both very friendly and asked where I’d like the cameras positioned as well as advising the best place for these. They were able to get the main alarm panel installed exactly where we wanted it and had everything installed within around 4 hours with no fuss or mess. They gave me a good run through of how to use each product and got me all set-up on the apps. Contact Security have been great so far as they have already attended to replace a faulty part which I wasn’t even aware of. It’s good to know they are monitoring and keeping on top of their systems. "Get a quote in minutes" not in my experience. Having completed "Get A Quote" form so far heard nothing. Given enquiry economic quotation 1 - 3 CCTV cameras this perhaps of low value to Contact Security Services.

Have been a customer for over 9 years and service has been flawless to date. Recently upgraded our system to be ready for when the land line is no longer in use for police response. I would recommend Contact Security without hesitation. This is the third house where we have installed a Contact alarm. *** Update ***
The managing director from the company got in touch the day after I posted the original review to explain the administrative error that had lead to my system not being serviced. He mentioned that they'd started a full audit of all customers to check for other similar mistakes and was very open and honest when he said they'd found a couple of others. Everyone makes mistakes, but Contact Security seem to be learning from them.
George offered to migrate the system free of charge to a WiFi capable system to help with the fact I no longer have a land line for the alarm to operate over correctly and to make up for the missed maintenance.

I inherited the system when I moved into my current home 6 years ago. The system works fine as an alarm, but while paying £17.99 every month for the last 6 years my system hasn't been maintained since 2019. I'd assumed this was due to COVID, but according to their website:
"Our engineers are still servicing and installing while ensuring that all Covid-19 safety guidelines are adhered to." More...
