What do you love most about your job?
I can see a business grow through their people. Time and time again, I have seen where employees invest in their employees (and it does not only have to be monetary), they get their return on investment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got tired of the corporate world and it just being a numbers game.
I wanted to add value to companies that needed the help and assist small medium enterprises grow their business and people into dream teams. I am a great believer that you are only good as the team around you. My job is to ensure that business owners have the best team around them to help their business succeed.
Why should our clients choose you?
Besides that I have over 20 years experience, I do believe I offer a personalised approach. Even though I offer an HR Consulting service, I provide advice across the business if required. When i work with a business owner, I work with the hat on a sif I am part of that company and it is not you and I, but we. And what can we do take this happen for you.
