4 stars given overall but 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction. Excellent skilled joinery and glazing work. They completed the bespoke glazed pergola project ahead of time.
5 stars given for being on time everyday and for not leaving the site before the work is completed for other commited jobs. They usually preferred to work through tea and lunch breaks too.
Like any bespoke project some changes were needed to the work/design but these alterations to the plan were happily undertaken without prejudice.
Kevin and Sean have lost one star (half a star really) purely due to not researching the cost of materials which lead to a rather expensive materials costings. We felt a bit of shopping around for like for like competitive prices would of been more agreeable. However, we do take into consideration that we requested the project be completed within a time restraint.
They always maintained a clean and tidy working site and followed all health and safety applications including Covid restrictions and guidelines.
We will be requesting Kevin and Sean's services for future projects. On the whole they were a hard working and compatable team.
