How long have you been in business?
Concept Building Solutions began trading in 2002 and has franchises all over the UK. All our trades people have all the valid insurance as well as references for their work. We have a team that have the ability to cover all aspects of a property restoration whether that be an insurance restoration or simply stand alone contractual work.
What guarantee does your work come with?
At the end of the work completed we provide a customer satisfaction survey , should the client be unhappy we fully investigate why and look to find an amicable resolution.
What do you love most about your job?
The insurance restoration side of our business allows us to educate clients on their rights with insurers and ensure that the policyholder is represented throughout the whole experience. By acting as single point of reference we remove the stress and hassle of a home insurance claim while ensuring a quick and high level restoration.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When attending a franchise event this opportunity came along and we thought this was a model that could certainly be utilised in South Wales.
