We are the outsourced payroll company for Accounting For Hospitality LTD, which has approximately 80 pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels on its books throughout the United Kingdom. Prior to setting up Complete Payroll, Becky had worked as a payroll manager for over five years.

I have recently become self employed , and quite frankly didn't have a clue how to submit tax returns and even register as being self employed .
However I've known Rebecca for some time and asked for her to help with the necessary as she does this kind of thing on a day to day business . I cannot thank her enough as she basically took me through everything bit by bit ,and helped me to complete all the necessary paperwork needed.

What do you love most about your job?
Growing a business from scratch with greater control whilst working in a field I’m passionate about provides great personal pride. The challenge of the diverse learning and skills required means the work is always interesting and full of personal development. As a small business owner, it is possible to create personal connections with clients and work on your own time schedule to ensure necessary tasks are completed to an exceptional standard.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have three teenage children and they were my main focus when I started up my business. I wanted to be able to fit work around them and show them that if you work hard you can succeed in anything you wish. It has shown them that with a lot of hard work and dedication anything is possible.
