David was drawing plans and helping us to apply for planning permission to build our detached granny annexe. How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Typically an existing clear headroom of 2.7m is required at the highest point of the existing loft without alterations to the existing ceiling levels at First Floor.
