We are also specialists in the area of training managers as coaches and provide the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring for managers which enables your managers to have effective coaching conversations both formally and informally. Many of our programmes use personality profiling tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Insights Discovery and the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).
