Nick is an absolute legend. My main goals from my PT sessions was to become more confident, learn new exercises and understand how to use the equipment properly. Along side this just wanted to build a more athletic build.
With this Nick created me a full training plan, specifically tailored for me. Nick made all the exercises fun and enjoyable, even the ones I wasn’t a huge fan off!
During each exercise Nick was highly motivated, and made sure your form was correct each time. He definitely had faith in me and pushed me further than ever what I thought, and I am grateful for that.
Another huge aspect that Nick was passionate about was nutrition, and making sure you had a balance meals along with added protein which allowed your muscles to recover quicker.
Pricing of the sessions was very reasonable as well, and got full access to the app.
Would highly recommend!! Loved every session that Nick has provided

Nicholas is an amazing trainer. For him it is not just doing the training in the gym, but lifestyle changes. He motivates and inspire you on your journey. With this I have already seen good results and it has only been 4 weeks. My goal is to be healthy and feel good, and so far, Nicholas is helping me to achieve that goal, and I can already see that. Either thru the app, in person or the dedicated Facebook group, he really helps with tracking your progress and inform you about good habits.

And even when you stray with a pizza or two, there is no judgment, just motivation.

If you are serious about loosing weight and getting healthy, Nicholas is your man.

Restarting the gym with Nick has been a great experience. Not only did he make me feel comfortable and confident with the workouts, but during sessions he is very enthusiastic and motivating, often pushing me to lengths I didn’t think I could go. Aside from his nice and upbeat attitude in sessions, what I like most is that Nick has tailored my programme specifically to me and my goals in the future. Nick is an awesome coach!
I’ve never had a personal trainer before and wasn’t sure what to expect, I was bit nervous to start with but Nick is very friendly and definitely made my gym experience fun & so enjoyable! I’ve been working with Nick since the beginning of October and am really happy with my progress so far. I have increased my strength, lost weight and changed my eating habits. Nick is very knowledgeable and my sessions are planned based on my goals and progress; he is pushing me hard but not to the point where I want to quit! Very encouraging and supportive! Nick has really helped me build my confidence in the gym, and my knowledge in how to become more fit and healthy.

Working with Nick is great, he lets you set your own pace but encourages to push your limits.

I also have a number of health issues and he has taken them into consideration when planning our sessions and exercise routines so I am able to work around these issues and with his help hopefully in time be able to overcome them.

Great coach, helps you think outside the box of the gym about how you can get fit and stay fit. As a PT i find it hard to fully push myself whilst I am always coaching others. As having a mentor or a coach just provided me with that "oomf" my clients said i gave them. Nick on a personal level has helped elevate me beyond what i expected to get not just out of him but me too. Since working with Nicholas, I have noticed a huge shift in my fitness and training journey. I have trained for about 3 or 4 years now, but never at the intensity, or with much of a strategy. From regular conversations with Nick, I have developed my understanding of nutrition, and how to train most effectively. He has helped me sharpen up my form, even though my form and technique has always been pretty good, he has an eye for detail that has perfected what I'm doing. Lifestyle change is often the hardest aspect of body transformation. We target this directly with a complete 360 approach based on our clients social life, personal issues and deeper motivations.
