Coach Temur

I was after a service to help me work through the next chapter of my career, which is exciting but also daunting. I sent an enquiry through Bark and Temur contacted me shortly after. During the initial phone conversation, Temur spent the time to get to know me and vice versa, to see if the coaching would fit to what I was after.

The 3 hour 121 session we had was very insightful, helpful and it gave me a clear action plan to follow into my career change goals. Temur was easy to talk to and a great listener, so I felt that I could be open with what I needed to work on to help with my next career steps.

The sessions I had with Coach Temur were really good as he doesn’t bother sugar coating and got straight into the deeper level of understanding patterns in habits and behaviour. I knew right away Coach Temur would be a great fit for my 16 year old son, who needed a little help getting motivated and organized to improve in school, as well as improve his overall attitude at home. Coach Temur was able to engage my son (who at times was a reluctant customer) by being a great listener. He was able to hold my son to task in a warm and friendly way. It really helped my son to have someone to talk to who could reflect back to him his strengths and help him to build on them. After their sessions were over, I decided to continue with Coach Temur for myself. He has made me feel listened to and given me honest feedback about my parenting, things to try, and tools to use which have all made a huge positive impact on my wellbeing.
