Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Cognitive Analytic Therapies (CAT) informed
Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), Trauma/PTSD informed, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed, Schema therapy, Eclectic approaches drawing on all the above
All therapies are offered on an adapted basis to increase access to people with disabilities
My aim is to work collaboratively with clients to find the most effective assessment and treatment/management approaches to improve mental health and quality of life.
I am qualified in the use of a number of assessments including: ADOS-2; ADI-R; WAIS-IV; PCL-R
I have worked in the NHS for 20+ years during which time I have worked extensively with people on the autistic spectrum, both those with and without Learning Disability.
I am trained clinically and am a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Consultant Psychologist (CPsychol).
Fees are £85 - £100 per hour
