Seeing new customers relax when they realise we are the good guys!
Having the training and equipment to stand out as a professional company that cares about people and the satisfaction that comes from a job well done and adding another happy customer to the database.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A very experienced friend who offered to train me coupled with the satisfaction that comes from performing a task, not just because it needs doing but because someone else is either struggling or can't do it. Taking that load off someones shoulders and making it your own concern with a view to resolving the issue for the customer brings them peace of mind and us a great deal of satisfaction....we don't like being beaten!
