Lovely staff ,very helpful always walking round see if u need help .took 2 grand kids 4 & 6 they loved it .
very well organised & they don't let to many on circuit at time .Best book before u go save dissapointment very busy.its a lovely set up little cafe area above u can watch the climb walls from if u don't want go on circuit .really enjoyed it would go again .who ever thought that idea done well for them selves lovely business.staff really good with kids with put there safety gear on & explaining .seems very organised thank you

My son had his 7th birthday party on Saturday and it was fantastic, well organised and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble for them when asked for extra things, especially Ben . The children really enjoyed the climbing and had lots of fun. The party food was lovely, a good selection something for everyone. We also had pizzas for the adults which were delicious. Had to review after another great visit today. We always have a brilliant time at Clip n Climb! It is spotlessly clean, even the toilets, which at some places can be a different story. The staff can do no wrong, any time I was struggling with clipping/unclipping my boy, there was someone there within seconds helping me, without me even having to ask, they always check that everyone is okay. They are all super friendly, what a great set-up you have. Unfortunately we didn't eat or drink in the cafe today, but have to try next visit as there looked to be good variety and reasonable too! Can REALLY recommend this place... went along with my 10yr old for a birthday party and the location was easy to get to and had decent parking. Inside was CLEAN and bright - all the kids had a phenomenal time.For me the best point was the staff - there was enough of them and they were friendly and very engaged and encouraged all the kids to push their boundaries whilst making sure everyone felt included.We'll definitely be coming back again More...

Absolutely brilliant fun, just the right mix of fun and challenging climbs. The venue was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful and full of encouragement for the children . We will definitely be coming again very soon! You have to book in advance as you can't turn up and pay on the day. They have a little cafe upstairs and free to use small lockers for your valuables. It gets very hot so best to wear a t-shirt and trainers. You get 55 minutes of climbing after a 15 minute briefing but 55 minutes is definitely enough time climbing. It's a great workout. The only thing I would want to see is some aircon in the climbing arena. Still gets 5* More...

Fab morning out for the boys in our family my 5 year old loved his 1st visit wasnt too over subscribed either so you could have a go on everything as we went in Easter half term would highly recommend for all budding climbers

What a great session with the kids! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly which puts you at ease if it is your first time. My wife didn't climb and she was either allowed to be in with us or sit in the cafe on a balcony to watch the action from above.
