What do you love most about your job?
Being able to genuinely help business owners by getting to the heart of what matters and quickly & effectively creating effective plans of action that improves a business in the shortest possible time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Throughout my professional career I've worked with many different consulting firms and realised that bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. I've performed a number of roles for large corporations that have required a troubleshooting approach and realised that my methods can work really effectively for smaller businesses without the inertia caused by unnecessary bureaucracy and distributed decision-making.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm fortunate enough to be at a stage in my working life where I don't have to chase a pay cheque each month. I'm honest and genuine and will only make a commitment to work with you if I know I can make a positive, sustainable improvement to how your business operates. Considering to work with a consultant can be a tough decision so you need to know that you can trust your chosen advisor to fully support their commitments and promises. If I don't think that I can help you then I'll say as much from the outset. You're time is too precious to waste.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I'm happy to provide services both online and remotely but I do prefer the opportunity to meet with clients face-to-face. This helps build rapport with the business owner and greater understanding of the challenges that need to be overcome. Yes, I'm happy to travel but within reasonable distances.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am a strong adherent to policies and practices to promote a Covid-19 safe environment including appropriate PPE, testing (where appropriate), social distancing, sufficient technology to host conversations and meetings online and flexible in terms of all other interactions that may be required.
